SPECIALTIES
Mood, Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, ASD & Sleep
I work with complex mood and bipolar spectrum presentations, anxiety syndromes, trauma-related patterns, ADHD, ASD, and sleep and circadian rhythm disruption in adults. Most individuals I see do not fit neatly into a single category. Symptoms overlap. Patterns intersect. Physiology expresses itself across domains.
Rather than treating labels in isolation, I look at how neurobiology, stress physiology, inflammation, metabolism, sleep architecture, and lived experience converge to shape the presentation in front of us. Diagnosis is descriptive; treatment must be mechanistic.
My approach integrates traditional psychopharmacology with integrative, biologically informed care. Treatment planning considers phenotype, medical contributors, lifestyle inputs, and long-term functional outcomes — not symptom suppression alone. The aim is not partial relief. The aim is durable stability and measurable upgrade in daily life.
Whether addressing longstanding illness, partial response after multiple trials, medical complexity, or the need for diagnostic clarification, care is structured, collaborative, and strategically individualized.
